Modern Warfare Remastered

First things first: there's a Call of Duty fansite called "Charlie Intel," of course.

Second things second: somebody sent them an image that appears to be a preorder card (because THOSE exist too!) for something called "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare: Legacy Edition" (give or take a colon), which "Also includes Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered."

Might seem like a no-brainer, but the name "Modern Warfare" was one of a number of things caught up in a lengthy (enough) legal battle between Activision and co-creators Vince Zampella and Jason West. Not to mention it's a trickier proposition when said franchise still releases annually with nearly year-round DLC support.

But this is Activision we're talking about. If they ever had an employee that warned them not to make too many of the same game I assure you they were fired long ago and given as many copies of Guitar Hero and Tony Hawk's Pro Skater as they wanted on their way out the door.

But the gift horse that is Activision can rest easy from my mouth-looks, Modern Warfare 1 is still at the top of many of my own lists so let's do it, bring it on.
